Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Project cancellation by the client after work has begun.
• Delays caused by the client not providing required information, files, or responses.
• Dissatisfaction with requested features that were completed according to the agreed project scope.
• Completed digital products, websites, bots, or custom development services.

If Code & Connect is responsible for a significant delay beyond the agreed delivery date and you paid for delivery, we will refund the delivery fee you paid.

If you have concerns regarding your order, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
